MPC Planning (Meridian Planning Consultants Limited) was established in 2000. The Company provides comprehensive planning advice and effective resource management solutions for a wide range of commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, rural and mixed-use development projects.

MPC Planning specialises in providing feasibility and strategic advice to Clients on a wide range of development projects. Our strategic advice focuses on streamlining the resource consent process, and if necessary obtaining staged consents to development projects. We work with each Client to:

• Identify the risks and opportunities applying to the project;
• Maximise the development potential of any given site;
• Develop a strategy that recognises the constraints to obtaining consent; and
• Minimise the risks through the consent process.

Our primary focus is the Auckland Region and the Queenstown Lakes area. We are also involved in projects in Northland and the Central North Island. We are proud of our reputation for providing accurate and effective planning advice, high quality reporting and excellent service.
